Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Xodiac (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Xodiac reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Xodiac is an astrology platform that computes natal charts and generates AI-assisted interpretive readings. Chart data is computed from birth information you provide. AI readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Xodiac offers free readings and paid add-ons. There are no global subscription tiers; all paid options are tied to a specific birth chart:

• One-time purchases (natal in-depth) — a single charge that unlocks that reading permanently for the specified chart.

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Xodiac does not issue refunds for one-time purchases once the associated reading has been generated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@xodiac.co within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (c) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content; (d) resell or redistribute readings or chart data without permission; or (e) use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

Xodiac and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including the software, UI, and branding. AI-generated readings are provided to you for personal use. You retain ownership of the birth data you submit. You grant Xodiac a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Astrological readings are for entertainment purposes only. Xodiac does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xodiac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Xodiac has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Xodiac’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid Xodiac in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
